The service
Myanmar Social Service is a service that provide social needs of burmese people from diffrent ethinic group in Tulsa area and beyound.
What we are doing
This service is assisting newly arrived Burmese refugees to Health Department with transportation to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Human Services (DHS) for medicaid and food stamps, Social Security Office, Health Department for Immunization, Department of Safty for driving permit and identification card, Tag Agency, Hospital, Clinic and Public Schools as well as places of work in order to get a job.
Distributions
We distributed 8 Mattresses, 1 Sofa, 2 Chairs, 1 Microwave, and Kitchen wares in January - April,2011. If you have give aways stuffs, please contact our coordinator. Thank you for your support our community.
